Ariel Maidansky

Global Head of Arts, Music and Theater Partnerships at StubHub

Ariel Maidansky leads StubHub’s Global Arts, Music, and Theater Partnerships, working closely with rights holders, producers, promoters, and cultural institutions to expand reach, drive demand, and unlock incremental revenue through open, distribution-agnostic ticketing strategies. At StubHub, he has focused on positioning the platform as a true marketing and distribution partner—one that complements primary ticketing by helping partners reach new audiences, optimize pricing and inventory strategy, and perform across the full demand curve, from early on-sale through sellout. His team supports partners with data, insights, and go-to-market execution designed to work whether demand is already strong or needs to be built.

He has spent his career at the intersection of live experiences, partnerships, and growth. Prior to StubHub, he was VP of Revenue at ChargeLab, where he led go-to-market strategy and partnerships across the EV charging ecosystem, working with OEMs, distributors, and enterprise customers to scale a software-led platform. Earlier, he founded Envizzo, a design and furniture focused marketplace acquired by Aaron’s, and has held leadership roles spanning business development, partnerships, and revenue. Across industries, his work centers on building durable partner ecosystems, aligning incentives, and turning distribution into a strategic growth lever.
