Jeff Consoletti is Founder and CEO of JJLA, an Emmy-winning live event production, experiential, and entertainment agency headquartered in Los Angeles. Since founding JJLA in 2009, Jeff has built the company into a leading agency for large-scale concerts, festivals, events, and brand activations. 

A pioneering LGBTQ+ voice, Jeff founded OUTLOUD Music Festival in 2020, which has featured iconic performances by The Pussycat Dolls, Kylie Minogue, Paris Hilton, Grace Jones, Doechii, and more. OUTLOUD is now a premier LGBTQ+ music brand nationwide.
