As the Founder and CEO of Queens Entertainment Group Inc., a woman-owned global entertainment consulting firm based in Los Angeles, Queenie specializes in premium A-list celebrity talent booking, celebrity brand partnerships, and entertainment strategy—bringing culture, influence, and purpose to the forefront of every project.
With over two decades of success, Queenie has been the trusted entertainment partner for leading multicultural advertising agencies managing brands such as AT&T, McDonald’s, Lexus, Hennessy, Brand Jordan, and Nike—securing A list talent for campaigns and experiential moments that resonate authentically. Her unmatched ability to connect brands with powerful celebrity voices has shaped cultural narratives and driven measurable impact.
Her career began under the mentorship of industry legend Reuben Cannon and quickly rose as a Talent Executive at BET, where she helped launch iconic platforms like 106 & Park and the BET Awards. She has since produced and secured celebrity talent for major networks, productions, global award shows, music & tv specials and series including OWN, VH-1, TV-One, Showtime, A&E, WeTV, and Telepictures—earning her the nickname “The Olivia Pope of Celebrity Talent Booking” for her fierce negotiation skills, discretion, and results.
