Michelle Smith is the National Director of Operations at Rhino Staging and a true industry veteran with over 30 years of experience. Her career kicked off in 1991 at the Thomas and Mack Center at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where she initially worked in the accounting department, assisted in production, and sold merchandise for events. Joining Rhino in 2001, Michelle quickly became the team's all-around support system, embracing every new challenge and keeping operations running smoothly. Before her Rhino days, she served as the production manager at The Joint at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.
