Nick Chavez is a seasoned Festival Producer at Danny Wimmer Presents, where he has spent the past six years helping bring large-scale, high-impact festivals to life. With nearly a decade of experience in live event production, Nick specializes in the planning, coordination, and execution of major destination festivals. His work has included leading operational efforts across DWP’s flagship events, including Inkcarceration, Welcome to Rockville, Bourbon & Beyond, and Louder Than Life which welcome between 90,000 and 260,000 attendees over a single festival weekend.

Nick’s expertise lies in building asset advance programs, leading cross-functional teams, managing multi-level staff structures, and designing

 both interior and exterior festival layouts. He excels at ensuring all fundamental elements are in place and that production schedules are meticulously developed and consistently met, keeping every aspect on track for a flawless festival experience.

As he continues to grow as a leader, Nick is passionate about mentoring and uplifting others, especially those within the Latinx and LGBTQIA+ communities who are looking to break into the world of event production. He believes representation matters and is committed to helping create more inclusive, dynamic spaces within the industry.
