Joshua Field, CSSP, is the Founder and CEO of EvenTech Systems, a national event security technology company supporting complex, high-profile events. With more than 15 years of industry experience, he has built his career at the intersection of security strategy, technology, and live-event operations. His work is distinguished by an ability to translate executive-level risk priorities into practical technology programs that strengthen security while supporting efficient operations and a positive guest experience.

Joshua has worked with organizations and teams across the NFL, MLB, MLS, NBA, and NCAA, as well as Live Nation and other private-sector organizations. His experience includes security programs supporting the Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix, multiple Super Bowls, NCAA Final Fours, and major music festivals throughout the United States. Across these environments, he has addressed the complexities of temporary venues, large and mobile audiences, multi-vendor workforces, compressed production schedules, public-safety coordination, and high-volume entry operations.

Joshua is a Certified Sport Security Professional through the National Center for Spectator Sports Safety and Security. His extensive professional training encompasses emergency preparedness, incident management, event operations, and public safety coordination. He has also contributed to the advancement of industry standards and best practices and has served as a project manager and strategic consultant on SAFETY Act applications for more than a dozen organizations.

As CEO of EvenTech Systems, Joshua provides executive leadership across corporate strategy, client partnerships, solution design, and nationwide operations. Under his direction, EvenTech integrates advanced screening technology, deployment planning, training, and on-site technical support to help event organizations implement security programs that are scalable, operationally sound, and aligned with their broader business objectives.
