Daniel Espinosa
Touring & Cultural Programs Manager, Festival Internacional Cervantino
Daniel is a cultural program manager with over a decade of experience at the Festival Internacional Cervantino (FIC), one of the most important multidisciplinary arts festivals in the Americas. Based in Mexico City, he oversees the Circuito Cervantino — a national touring programme that extends the festival's artistic reach beyond Guanajuato, connecting international and Mexican artists with venues, cultural spaces, and communities across the country.
His work spans artist relations, international touring coordination, and cultural access programmes. Over the years, he has built partnerships with arts organizations across Europe, Asia, and the Americas, and has led initiatives that bring the festival's programming to schools, shelters, and underserved communities nationwide through the Más allá de Guanajuato social outreach programme.
Daniel believes that getting an artist in front of a new audience — whether in a concert hall or a community centre — is never a small thing.
