TBA Managing Partner Avery McTaggart has more than 20 years of experience in the talent sector. Having previously been an agent at The Windish Agency and Paradigm, and acquired Billboard 40 Under 40, Pride, and Touring Power Player recognition, McTaggart was an integral part of the team that launched TBA in 2020 and helped shape it into a new force in the talent agency space. With a personal roster that includes Jungle, Big Thief, Adrianne Lenker, Remi Wolf, Ethel Cain, salute, Hot Chip, and more, TBA has established itself as one of the leading independent talent agencies in North America.

As TBA celebrates its 6th year and at a time when the agency landscape continues to consolidate, TBA is thriving in its own lane, proving that an independent company can deliver big and innovative results for clients without the corporate headaches.
