As the Creator and Executive Producer of The 7.45 GameShow—Nigeria’s first homegrown, trivia-based entertainment experience—she combines intellect, design, and energy to create smart, joyful, and memorable moments.

She is the Founder of WOW!Connect, an experiential agency known for delivering thoughtful brand, corporate, and lifestyle events, and Founder of TEPS (The Experience Plug Systems), a holistic, intelligent event technology platform transforming access control, guest data, and analytics for live and hybrid experiences.

With over 15 years of experience creating impactful event experiences across global markets, Tobi’s work brings together technology, experience design, and guest management to craft immersive events that connect and inspire people. She’s passionate about crafting experiences that feel authentic, inclusive, and deeply engaging—bridging ideas, communities, and cultures through creativity and collaboration.
