Kristin Flickinger

Principal & Founder of Flickinger Consulting, LLC

An activist at her core, Kristin began her career in the LGBTQ+ arena as an intern for the National Gay & Lesbian Task Force in the ‘90s, and cut her teeth in politics managing a field office during the same-sex marriage campaigns of the 2000s.

At the Los Angeles LGBT Center, Kristin served as the Director of Programs for the world’s largest LGBT organization, overseeing programs focused on youth, seniors, women, and trans people. She also served as Director of AIDS/LifeCycle, where she raised over $20 million for HIV services.

During the height of the Covid pandemic, Kristin served as Executive Director of Pacific Pride Foundation, the largest LGBTQ+ organization between San Francisco and Los Angeles. There she relaunched the Pacific Pride Festival as a collaborative effort with 40+ community organizations.

She has served as Interim Executive for San Diego Pride, consulted through the international sunsetting of major events, and assembled flash teams for crisis management.

Kristin is Principal & Founder of Flickinger Consulting, LLC, a consultancy focused on executive support and transition planning, and dedicated to joy for leaders.

For fun, she rides bikes long distances, teaches her husky to speak with buttons, and continues to pursue her goal of being on the television show, SURVIVOR.
