As co-founder of Straight Up Films and founder of The Nohoba Group, Marisa has  produced acclaimed films, documentaries, and branded campaigns shot around the  world—from major studio features like Transcendence and The Education of Charlie  Banks to international impact projects such as Meaning in Madness and Instruments of  Change. Her work spans five continents and has earned multiple awards for creativity,  innovation, and social relevance.  

Known for her ability to scale powerful narratives into fully integrated campaigns,  Marisa has forged partnerships with Fortune 500 brands, top-tier talent, leading  foundations, and tech giants like Google and YouTube. She executive produced Power  On, a groundbreaking digital series inspiring girls in STEM, which reached over 2.5  million viewers in its first weekend.  

Marisa is also the visionary behind Sprout Baby, one of the first organic baby food  brands to align nutrition with sustainability—underscoring her talent for building  brands with both commercial viability and cultural relevance.
