Josh Pearlman is the Senior Director of Revenue Operations at Creative Riff, the experiential agency behind BravoCon, award winning Comic-Con International activations, and large-scale brand experiences for partners including Disney, NBCUniversal, FX, Hulu, ABC, and FOX. At Creative Riff, Josh oversees revenue architecture across sponsorships, ticketing, and financial modeling. He leads ticketing and pricing strategy for major consumer events, driving year-over-year revenue growth through demand-based pricing, segmentation, packaging, and on-sale optimization. His work ensures every Creative Riff property is designed for commercial performance as much as creative impact.
Previously, Josh was Vice President of Promotions & Experiences at Audacy, the nation’s second-largest radio operator with more than 200M monthly listeners. He led a national team producing 500+ ticketed events per year across music, entertainment, sports, and lifestyle. Josh directed sponsorship strategy, asset valuation, ticketing, and on-site revenue execution for events ranging from boutique showcases to 25,000-person festivals, including We Can Survive at The Hollywood Bowl, Stars and Strings, Audacy Beach Festival, and Not So Silent Night.
