Bobbii Jacobs
CEO of Wildflower Entertainment & Founder of Live in the Vineyard
With over 35 years of experience in the entertainment industry, Bobbii Jacobs has been a transformative force in shaping the careers of artists, from their early beginnings to international success. Known for her expertise in talent booking and her entrepreneurial drive, Bobbii has been integral in breaking some of the biggest names in music and has worked on thousands of events, booking over thousands of artists and collaborating with hundreds of brands throughout her career.
Born in America’s Heartland, Bobbii’s upbringing in a military family instilled in her a sense of structure, discipline, and compassion. These values have been the cornerstone of her career as she moved west to California, determined to follow her passion for music and the arts. A graduate of the University of Iowa with a degree in Communications and Journalism, she initially honed her craft by promoting artists through radio stations and Hitmakers Magazine. This led to her role in radio promotion, working hundreds of major artists like Mariah Carey, Wilson Phillips, Vanilla Ice, Lenny Kravitz, UB40, Tina Turner, Nora Jones and so many more.
Her transition to the record label world came as she joined LAVA Records, where she led the West Coast National Promotion department. There, she played a crucial role in promoting the emerging careers of artists such as Edwin McCain, SugarRay, and Matchbox 20. In 1996, Bobbii expanded her vision by founding Leverage MPC, a marketing and promotions company. Under her leadership, Leverage MPC successfully managed the New York Times Concert Series, executed events for major brands like Coors Brewing Co and The Hard Rock Cafe, and orchestrated an executive tie-in for the American Music Awards to kick off the Motley Crue Reunion tour.
After her success with Leverage MPC, Bobbii was recruited by HITS Magazine, the legendary music trade publication, where she served as Head of Adult Radio Formats and Broadcast Editor. During this time, she contributed to the radio success of groundbreaking artists like Norah Jones, Avril Lavigne, and Macy Gray. This pivotal role solidified her position as one of the leading figures in the music industry.
Bobbii’s entrepreneurial spirit led her to create BSG Entertainment, a company that combined entertainment, corporate promotions, consulting, and marketing. As a business investor, she played a key role in the creation of Live In The Vineyard, one of the country’s most successful private music, food, and wine festivals, held annually in Napa, CA. Following its success, she expanded the festival portfolio with Yountville Live, a public festival that integrates culinary experiences with wine and live music. Jacobs founded in 2017 Live In The Vineyard Goes Country (LITVGC), which brings together the country music community for a one-of-a-kind event set amidst Napa's picturesque vineyards. The event has featured high-profile artists such as Carrie Underwood, Zac Brown Band, Darius Rucker, Old Dominion, Brad Paisley, and Little Big Town. Together these platforms connect artists with some of the most influential executives in the music industry.
Additionally, she is responsible for producing high-profile events for clients such as Southwest Airlines and Marriott Bonvoy.
In 2019, Bobbii partnered with experiential entertainment agency Forefront Networks, where she served as Partner and President of the Entertainment Division. In this role, Bobbii led a talented team to produce innovative experiences. At Forefront, Bobbii launched Elevation, an event set in the stunning Rocky Mountains of Beaver Creek, CO. This unique destination event merges live performances from top country and Americana artists with outdoor adventures, including hiking, fly fishing, clay shooting, and horseback riding.
In 2024, Bobbii took the next step in her career by launching Wildflower Entertainment. This new venture isn’t your typical music agency. Wildflower Entertainment brings together over 75 years of executive experience with a modern, innovative approach to the music industry. Passionately committed to breaking artists’ careers, Wildflower fosters impactful connections and engineers collaborations that resonate deeply with artists, brands, fans, and tastemakers alike. The agency’s focus is on building lasting value—for artists, brands, and the communities they move. In conjunction to launching Wildflower, Backstage Access Presents was created as the experiential side of the business with once in a lifetime experiences in markets across the US. Heartland was the first rollout in 2025 in the Midwest highlighting the farming and ranching communities. The event was a resounding success, raising more than $100,000 for the Iowa State University Foundation to support the Iowa Concern Hotline and expand mental wellness resources for farmers and ranchers. This brand will be the philanthropic arm of the company.
Bobbii was honored to be selected for Leadership Music's Class of 2022, cementing her position as a leader in the music industry. Outside of her professional achievements, Bobbii cherishes her time spent with her husband, Steve, and their two sons, Gabriel and Grady. Her passion for music, dedication to shaping the careers of others, and commitment to producing unparalleled experiences continue to drive her to new heights in the entertainment world.
