Beth Pepper is the Chief Operating Officer at Black Promoters Collective, the nation’s largest Black-owned live entertainment company producing national tours, festivals, and shows across the nation. With a background in consumer finance (Bread Financial, GE Capital, Chase) and over 15 years as a local promoter and concert consultant, Beth brings Fortune 500 discipline and operational vision to the fast-paced world of live events.
At BPC, she leads operations, HR, and IT, spearheading strategic transformation across multi-million-dollar tours and reviving legacy festivals like Jazz in the Gardens (recently named one of the top 10 festivals in America by Newsweek) and Hampton Jazz & Music Festival.
A widow, mother of 2 adult sons, and former Division I athlete, Beth shares a grounded and compelling take on leadership, resilience, and growth.
