Stacy Horne

Stacy Horne has over two decades of experience in the concert and event production business – starting in the late 1990’s working on the Tibetan Freedom Concerts and then at Festival Productions under the tutelage of legendary jazz promoter George Wein at Festival Productions.  Stacy then went on to produce the CMJ Music Marathon and founded the Hudson River Rocks concert series in New York City. From there, she moved to San Francisco to become the producer for the city’s most venerated independent music festival, Noise Pop and become a co-founder of the highly regarded Treasure Island Music Festival which began in 2007.  

Stacy served as VP of Cultural Programs at the Battery, San Francisco’s premiere social club, where she curated cultural experiences with over 400 events a year hosting performers and presenters from Jane Fonda to Snoop Dogg.

She is currently the Director of Programming for the esteemed Stern Grove Music Festival now in its’ 85th year, and back at Noise Pop Industries (serving as President) where she just launched the Mill Valley Music Festival headlined by Ben Harper.
