Jeffrey Abramson

Jeffrey has over 20 years of experience at the intersection of entertainment, media technology, and brand strategy for start-ups and Fortune 100 companies.  He’s dedicated his career to empowering innovators, storytellers, experience and product makers through entrepreneurial strategies and pioneering technologies that enhance audience experiences and engagement. As a seasoned creative strategist, partnerships and marketing executive, program director and producer – he has led many companies through uncharted territory.  Most recently he led partner marketing for Meta’s virtual events and social audio content products and oversaw the virtual reality creative and business ecosystem at Discovery Inc.  He has also served as an XR programming consultant for Sundance, Tribeca and EarthX Film Festivals. Previously he was Co-President of the film, fashion, music and art events and experiential marketing firm Gen Art, where he also served as the Director of the annual Gen Art Film Festival. Over the course of his career he has worked for many influential media, tech, brands, agencies and cultural organizations including Miramax Films, Canon, Sunshine Sachs, The Intelligence Group and The Marketing Arm, and with partners including Amazon, Acura, Cadillac, Google, REI, Starbucks, Toyota, MySpace, Texas Instruments, Nokia SXSW, VidCon and most film studios. He currently is operating as an independent consultant.
