As the architect of the Festival Family Lifetime Founder NFT providing lifetime access to the festivalPass platform and $1,200 of credits to redeem annually in perpetuity, he has developed instant utility for NFT holders and a plan to offer that utility to other NFT communities.
Previously, Ed was the founder and a partner in Predict Ventures, a holding company for Predict Analytics, Connected Intelligence and Higher Intelligence. Predict was the trusted data and strategy adviser to some of the biggest brands in the entertainment and media industry. Predict provided unique and extensive expertise in the film, television, and the media industry. Clients have included MoviePass, AMC Networks, WEtv, IFC, Sundance Channel, A+E, Lifetime, History Channel, Corus Entertainment, MovieTickets.com, Screenvision and dozens of other entertainment and media companies.
Mr. Vincent has been an entrepreneur for more than 20 years following a 6 years investment banking career. During his time as an entrepreneur, Ed has created Citystuff (sold to eCommerce Solutions in 2001), Vincent Partners (a 70 person experiential agency) and SimplyEngage (acquired by Modomodo in 2014).
Ed is a member of Entrepreneurs Organization (EO), has a BS in Finance from TCNJ and graduated from the prestigious Entrepreneurial Masters Program (EMP) at MIT.
