Ali Rivera

Ali has been the driving force in developing and leading efforts for thousands of global live stream campaigns at YouTube. She launched the first Coachella Live Music stream on YouTube in 2011, and has worked closely on building Coachella on YouTube into the legendary #Couchella it is today. COVID-19 changed the world overnight and hit the music industry hard, changing the way artists interact and connect with fans. Under Ali’s leadership, while the world was locked down, her team executed some of the most meaningful live events in YouTube’s history including Andrea Bocelli’s Music For Hope record breaking live stream, Global Citizen Together at Home, Roots Picnic Virtual Experience, Post Malone’s Nirvana Tribute, and a partnership with National Independent Venue Association (NIVA) to launch a 3-day Music Festival #SaveOurStages Fest that raised over $2M for NIVA’s Emergency Relief Fund and helped advocate for the passing of the $2B Save our Stages Act. As the world reopened, Ali focused on working hand in hand with artists to continue their live streaming efforts while simultaneously performing in person as a way to connect with fans around the world. This year her team entertained the world with Coachella 2022, Stagecoach Music Festival, Roots Picnic and much more.
