Sarah Pancheri serves as President & CEO of Milwaukee World Festival, Inc., (MWF) the non-profit organization that produces Summerfest. MWF also manages, develops, and stewards the 75-acre Henry Maier festival Park, featuring the American Family Insurance Amphitheater.  The Park was home to over 55 festivals and events in 2024, employing over 2,500 individuals and delivering hundreds of millions in economic impact. 

Founded in 1968, Summerfest presented by American Family Insurance is one of the most iconic celebrations of music in America, hosting the industry’s biggest acts for an unforgettable live music experience.  Summerfest continues to distinguish itself as a premier national multi-genre music festival and has developed an unrivaled reputation, consistently featuring over 500 of performances across 12 stages, throughout the 75-acre festival grounds along Lake Michigan. Headliners announced for 2024 including Hoizer, Megan Thee Stallion, the Avett Brothers, Lainey Wilson and Cake.  Fulfilling MWF's non-profit mission, Summerfest remains one of the most accessibly priced festivals in the world, as well as broad community engagement.
