As the Festival Director at the BeachLife Festival in Redondo Beach, CA, Sam brings over four years of experience in orchestrating 8 large-scale events that inspire connection and celebration. His journey began as a Talent Buyer and evolved into a leadership role, where he has honed his skills in event management, entrepreneurship, and community engagement.

Under Sam's leadership, BeachLife Festival has evolved into a year-round brand, offering a one-of-a-kind experience that seamlessly blends music, culture, and cuisine, all while catering to a diverse and dynamic audience. He has also spearheaded the launch of new ventures, including BeachLife Ranch and BeachLife Nights, further expanding the festival's reach and diversity.

Previously, as the Founder and CEO of Expectations Music Group, he spearheaded initiatives to support local talent and organized the Fresh Layers Music Festival, which raised proceeds for the foster care system while featuring legendary artists. His early career included roles with industry leaders like WME, Pollstar, and Nederlander Concerts, where he further developed expertise in ticketing strategies, artist relations, and market analysis.

A Los Angeles native and proud graduate of the USC Marshall School of Business’ prestigious Business of Cinematic Arts Program (BCA), Sam is dedicated to fostering creative collaborations, elevating live experiences, and driving meaningful connections through music and entertainment.
