Julie Schneiderman

Founder of EcoStiks

Julie Schneiderman is the founder of EcoStiks, a company dedicated to transforming the promotional products and merchandising industries through sustainability, creativity, and community impact. Inspired by her love of surfing, the ocean, the arts, and connection, Julie launched EcoStiks with the vision of “Merching Better”—helping brands, organizations, and events integrate sustainability into their storytelling through eco-friendly, high-quality peel and stick fabric patches upcycled from plastic water bottles.

Under Julie’s leadership, EcoStiks is redefining how promotional merchandise can serve a greater purpose. By aligning with the principles of the 10R’s of sustainability, she has created a platform that not only reduces waste but also amplifies brand messaging in a way that fosters engagement, advocacy, and measurable impact.

Julie’s influence extends beyond product innovation. She is an emerging leader in driving sustainable change within the industry, working closely with partners and organizations to set new standards for responsible merchandising. Through education, collaboration, and creative solutions, she is playing a part in what’s possible in sustainable branding, by working together to ensure that events and businesses can connect with their audiences in meaningful, lasting ways with less impact on our planet.
