With over a decade of experience in live entertainment, event production, and business development, Bradley Tucker has pla\ed a central role in shaping some of the industry\'s most iconic venues, festivals, and media properties. Currently serving as Director of Business at Dayglo Presents, Tucker is responsible for business and growth for a diverse portfolio, including Bearsville Theater, Brooklyn Bowl (New York, Las Vegas, Nashville, Philadelphia), The Capitol Theatre, Garcia's (NYC, Chicago, Port Chester, NY), Lockn’ Farm, several high-profile festivals and events, and e-commerce.
Tucker began his career as the trusted right hand to Dayglo Founder & CEO and renowned entrepreneur Peter Shapiro. Their strong professional partnership continues to this day, reflecting a shared dedication to innovation and excellence.
Tucker is the Creator and Producer of the Relix Music Conference, a premier industry event founded in 2017 that brings together leaders, innovators, and creatives to advance the music business. The Relix Music Conference has taken place in New York, NY and Nashville, TN. Tucker’s tenure at Relix Media Group also included serving as Director of Marketing, where he led editorial initiatives, brand development, and strategic campaigns, including developing and writing the popular music industry focused column "Behind The Scene" for Relix Magazine, and launching the e-commerce business Relix.shop. Through Relix.shop, Tucker has created and led partnerships that have generated over $2m in merchandise and memorabilia sales.
In the Spring of 2024, Tucker oversaw the rebranding and reopening of the Bearsville Theater in Woodstock, NY, where he led a comprehensive overhaul, including staffing, construction, and programming. Under his leadership, concerts at Bearsville Theater increased 75% / month and total tickets sold are up 85% since launch.
In 2015, Tucker served as Associate Producer for Fare Thee Well: Celebrating 50 Years of Grateful Dead, a historic event spanning five sold-out shows at Levi’s Stadium and Soldier Field. The tour set a record-breaking box office total of $52,232,413, cementing its legacy as a landmark moment in live music history. Tucker also served as Producer of the Soulshine Benefit held at Madison Square Garden in November 2024, selling out 20k tickets and raising $4.5m for Hurricane relief.
In addition to leading venue, festival and event development and operations, Tucker has served as Associate Producer for the Lockn' Music Festival & Lockn' Farm in Arrington, VA, where he has contributed to the festival's sustained success since 2013. This role involves overseeing large-scale logistics, talent coordination, and the seamless execution of multi-day live events.
Tucker also spearheaded a multi-year licensing deal with Warner Music Group and the Grateful Dead to produce exclusive merchandise, further solidifying his reputation for building impactful brand partnerships.
