Austin Whitney, Esq the Founder of Ten Fifty Entertainment, the leading ADA Compliance consultants in the entertainment and sports industries,  Austin has been in a wheelchair since 2007 and received his JD from UC Berkeley School of Law. He currently serves as the ADA Compliance Director for the F1 Las Vegas Grand Prix, Coachella Music and Arts Festival, Bonnaroo, PGA Championship and has worked on over 600 large-scale events in his career.  Austin is a recognized expert in the field, having presented on "ADA Compliance at Temporary Events" at the National ADA Symposium in 2022, and has also been a speaker on the topic at Fest Forums, XLive, the Municipal Special Events Conference, and for the International Association of Venue Managers. He also founded Accessible Festivals – a 501-C-3 organization dedicated to improving accessibility in the live entertainment industry.
