Joseph P. Smith

Founder of Atlas Health, Integrative Practitioner, Board Certified in Chiropractic Neurology and Applied Kinesiology

Dr. Joseph P. Smith, founder of Atlas Health in Fairfax, California, is a board-certified chiropractic neurologist through the American Chiropractic Neurology Board and American College of Functional Neurology, with emphasis on neuroendocrine immunology, neurodevelopmental conditions, neurodegenerative conditions and neurochemistry.  He obtained doctorate of chiropractic degree from Northwestern Health Sciences University and his bachelor of science in psychology from North Dakota State University. He has been speaking internationally on the topics of chronic case management, clinical nutrition and neuroendocrine immunology since 2008 He held an adjunct faculty position at the University of Mary in Fargo, North Dakota until 2008. He currently a speaker for Apex Energetics speaking on the topics of clinical nutrition and laboratory analysis.

Dr. Joe is also the founder and Executive Director of Atlas Institute a nonprofit organization that educates the public on nutritional concepts and controversies and is a brain health consultant for The  Hummingbirds' Collaborative School in the San Francisco Bay Area of California.
