Anthony is Chief Operating Officer/Partner at Topeka, the pioneer in boutique Music Vacations at the Beach.

Topeka produces a range of engaging Music Vacations each year under the Moon Crush brand in Miramar Beach, Florida headlined by artists such as the Black Crowes, Jason Isbell, Avett Brothers, My Morning Jacket, Noah Kahan, Needtobreathe, The Revivalists, Sheryl Crow and more. Topeka also curates hosted experiences such as Brandi Carlile’s Mothership Weekend, Tedeschi Trucks Band presents Sun, Sand and Soul, and Lauren Daigle’s Kaleidoscope Beach Weekend.

Prior to joining Topeka, Anthony was Chief Executive Officer of Sixthman, the global leader in immersive festival experiences at sea and resorts responsible for overall strategy and day-to-day leadership of the organization on land, sand and sea. Sixthman, a wholly owned subsidiary of Norwegian Cruise Line, has completed 180 festivals on land and sea – serving fans and iconic artists, actors, comedians and athletes vacations in the Caribbean and Mediterranean over the past twenty+ years.

Anthony joined Sixthman in December 2011 as Chief Marketing Officer and was elevated to Chief Operating Officer in 2013 prior to becoming Chief Executive Officer in 2016. In addition to his role as CEO of Sixthman, in the Summer of 2021 Anthony took on the position of SVP of Charters, Meetings, Incentives and Events for Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings under the overall Experiences at Sea brand serving affinity, corporate, festival and incentive based large groups, full ship charters and internal events for NCLH’s cruise line portfolio (Regent Seven Seas, Oceania Cruises and Norwegian Cruise Line).

Prior to his positions with Sixthman and NCL, Anthony served in a series of Executive Marketing and Sales leadership roles over a 13 year career with Gannett, an international media and marketing solutions company, holding positions on Gannett Broadcast’s Executive Corporate team as Vice President of Sales Strategy and Talent Development. In this role he led Strategy, Talent programs and was responsible for overall execution of multi-media sales efforts for the division’s 23 television stations, websites and 250-person sales force.

Before joining Gannett’s Corporate Team, Anthony held Vice President, General Sales Manager, Local Sales Manager and Account Executive roles with Gannett at W*USA CBS in Washington, D.C., WTSP CBS in Tampa, Florida, and WXIA NBC in Atlanta, GA. His career started with CBS Radio in Tampa. Florida.

He is a graduate of University of Florida with a major in Telecommunications Management (and performed in and managed a touring rock band). Over his career he has participated in development programs such as Center for Creative Leadership Management Development Program, Graduate of the Kellogg School of Management National Association of Broadcasters Program, Berkeley Open Innovation Program, World 50 and led Transformation/Innovation engagements with consultants such as IDEO, Innosight and Boston Consulting Group.

A native of Tampa, FL Anthony resides in Atlanta, Georgia his wife Bridget. They have a twenty-one year-old daughter Ansley, twenty year-old son Aidan and seventeen year old son, Brennan (and dog Fender).
