Tanya Kollar has spent over a decade designing and executing food and beverage programs for some of the country's most celebrated festivals and live events, creating culinary moments that have become an integral part of the guest experience. As Food Program Director for Outside Lands Music & Arts Festival (San Francisco, CA), she oversees one of the nation's premier festival food programs, curating more than 100 restaurants and food vendors while leading all aspects of food operations, vendor strategy, and guest experience. Her festival experience also includes leadership roles with Lightning in a Bottle (Bakersfield, CA) and Hardly Strictly Bluegrass Festival (San Francisco, CA), where she has developed and executed large-scale food programs that balance operational excellence with thoughtful curation and a strong commitment to supporting independent restaurants. Tanya also co-manages Culinary Operations for the One Bite Pizza Festival (New York, NY), bringing together some of the country's most celebrated pizzerias and transforming an empty venue into 40+ fully operational temporary kitchens tailored to each pizzeria's unique specifications. With more than 16 years of experience in festival operations, she has become a recognized leader in food vendor curation, culinary programming, and large-scale event logistics, helping redefine how food and beverage can elevate the live event experience.
