Madeline Weir is the Director of Impact at REVERB, where she leads the Music Decarbonization Project and manages REVERB's Climate Project Portfolio. She works with music industry partners to measure and reduce the environmental impacts of live events, combining research, emissions analysis, and real-world implementation to scale solutions. Her work focuses on translating complex data into practical strategies that organizations, tours, and festivals can actually put into action.

Before joining REVERB, Madeline worked to advance clean energy deployment and decarbonization across large commercial building portfolios, bringing a background in energy, economics, and climate strategy to her work in live music.
