Lindsay Arell is the Chief Sustainability Officer for Legends Global, where she leads the company's global sustainability strategy across its portfolio of sports, entertainment, hospitality, attractions, and convention venues. With more than two decades of experience, she partners with business leaders to integrate sustainability into operations, guest experience, capital planning, and long-term business strategy.

Throughout her career, Lindsay has been recognized for building practical, scalable sustainability programs that deliver measurable business value. She has led enterprise-wide initiatives spanning ESG strategy, climate action, sustainable procurement, circularity, zero waste, environmental reporting, and performance measurement by helping organizations move from ambitious commitments to operational results.

In addition to her role at Legends Global, Lindsay is the founder of Honeycomb Strategies, a certified B-Corp consulting firm. She is a sought-after speaker on the future of sustainable venues and live events and serves on the Music Sustainability Alliance (MSA) Advisory Board, collaborating with industry leaders to advance sustainability across the live music ecosystem.

Lindsay is a LEED Accredited Professional (O+M) and TRUE Advisor and has been recognized as a VenuesNow All-Star and a Sports Business Journal One to Watch for her leadership in advancing sustainability across the sports and entertainment industry.

She earned a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Colorado Boulder and is based in Colorado.
