Jordan Hauge

Co-Founder & CEO, PACA Holdings (AXYN & SEEAT)

Jordan Hauge is a technology entrepreneur, product strategist, and digital infrastructure leader building the next generation of technology for live events, festivals, venues, and destination experiences. As Co-Founder and CEO of PACA Holdings, the company behind AXYN and SEEAT, Jordan is focused on helping the live-event industry take greater ownership of its ticketing infrastructure, first-party data, and direct audience relationships.

PACA is building the digital front door to the destination, connecting transactions, experiences, and guest relationships through two complementary products. AXYN is embedded ticketing infrastructure that enables festivals, venues, and platforms to sell tickets through their own websites and apps, under their own brands, while retaining control of the buyer relationship and protecting their margins. Live in production since September 2026, AXYN gives event operators greater flexibility, a seamless purchase experience, and direct access to customer data that drives long-term growth.

SEEAT extends that relationship beyond the ticket, bringing passes, programming, personalized itineraries, and destination discovery into one guest-facing experience. Launching with Napa Valley StreamFest in April 2027, SEEAT connects festivalgoers with nearby restaurants, tastings, accommodations, and experiences—creating greater value for attendees, sponsors, partners, and destinations.

With more than 15 years of experience building digital products and technology platforms, Jordan has delivered complex solutions under demanding timelines and at significant scale. At Fueled, he led the digital transformation for Six Flags, delivering its first guest-centric mobile app across 27 parks in just five months. The platform reached four million users in its first year, while its AI-powered concierge, Project ACME, was featured in the Google Cloud Next keynote—demonstrating his ability to translate emerging technology into practical, high-impact guest experiences.

As Head of Product at Podopolo, Jordan brought that expertise to live entertainment, building a geofenced festival experience for BottleRock Napa Valley through a Live Nation partnership in a matter of weeks. The project highlighted his ability to deliver technology in the fast-moving live-event environment, where systems must perform in real time, serve diverse stakeholders, and enhance the guest experience without adding friction.

Earlier in his career, Jordan co-founded Belouga, a K–12 education technology platform that raised $1.8 million in seed funding and expanded into classrooms across 160 countries. His broader digital product experience includes work for global brands such as Samsung, McCormick, AIG, and Albertsons.

Throughout his career, Jordan has focused on product innovation, scalable technology, data, and real-world experiences. As festivals, venues, and entertainment platforms rethink legacy systems, he champions smarter ways to unify ticketing, understand audience behavior, strengthen sponsor value, and build lasting direct-to-consumer relationships.

Jordan holds an MBA in Strategic Management from Temple University and is a Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC). Based in Pennsylvania, he also coaches competitive swimming, bringing the same emphasis on preparation, performance, and teamwork to technology and live experiences.
