Director of Live Event Business Operations at Breakaway

Amy Dunn is a live event industry leader with nearly 20 years of experience in concert, venue, and festival operations management. Early in her career at AC Entertainment, she developed a strong foundation in sustainability, environmental stewardship, and waste reduction while serving as a department head for major festivals, including Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival and Forecastle Festival.

She continued to build on that foundation during her time with AEG Presents in Seattle. As General Manager, Amy spearheaded a strategic partnership with Reuse Seattle and r.Cup to launch reusable cup programs at The Showbox and Showbox SoDo. She also helped co-found People for Planet@AEG, a business resource group dedicated to reducing environmental impact and driving sustainable business practices across AEG's divisions.

Now serving as Director of Live Event Business Operations at Breakaway, Amy continues to champion sustainability initiatives across the company's nationwide festival tour, including a partnership with Zero Waste Event Productions to advance waste reduction efforts. She is passionate about building meaningful partnerships with sustainability leaders throughout the live event industry and finding innovative, practical solutions to reduce Breakaway's waste and carbon footprint.
