Noah Pilchen

Director of Development for Stern Grove Festival

Noah Pilchen is the Director of Development for Stern Grove Festival, the country's longest-running free, nonprofit music festival. In his role, he leads the Festival’s fundraising and sponsorship efforts, expanding corporate partnerships, refreshing donor experiences, and building collaborations that spotlight Bay Area artists, cultural institutions, and independent businesses. Guided by a belief that the most meaningful support comes from authentic partnerships, he works to ensure the Festival serves as a platform that uplifts both the creative sector and the local economy that surrounds it.

Prior to joining Stern Grove, Noah built corporate partnerships for SFMOMA and the California Shakespeare Theater, and launched TED AI’s sponsorship program during its inaugural year in 2023.
