With over 15 years of experience in branding, marketing, and business strategy, Meredith has helped hundreds of entrepreneurs turn their creative passions into thriving, sustainable businesses. She is also the founder and producer of FlowJam Festival, a Healing Arts and Music Festival that began as a backyard fundraiser and has grown into a 12-year movement drawing thousands of attendees, world-class performers, and conscious entrepreneurs.

In addition to her festival work, Meredith leads Mind Your Intuition, a coaching and consulting company that equips entrepreneurs with simple, results-driven strategies to grow profitable businesses & events without stress or hustle. Her expertise is grounded in a dual M.A. in International Communications & World Politics and professional roles with The World Bank, the Global Partnership for Education, and Bauer Media Group in Sydney, Australia.
