Kyle Kernohan is the Festivals Agent at TBA Agency, where he oversees festival strategy, submissions, routing, and negotiations for a diverse roster of artists, and over 500 festival properties annually.
Joining TBA in 2024 as the company’s first dedicated Festivals Agent, Kyle plays a key role in ensuring artists are positioned competitively in an increasingly global, data-driven, and ever-evolving festival marketplace.
Before TBA, Kyle spent a decade at ICM Partners, rising from intern to ultimately developing the agency’s Festivals Department. During his tenure, he helped develop artists such as Little Simz, Tobe Nwigwe, Montell Fish, and Duckwrth, and spearheaded festival booking strategy across major domestic and international events.
Kyle later contributed to Spotify’s newly formed live events division, leveraging streaming insights to help launch programs like Fresh Finds Live and R&B First Nights. He also worked with the Los Angeles Philharmonic, curating talent for the Hollywood Bowl and additional LA Phil venues.
With 12+ years of experience across festival booking, artist development, and live event strategy, Kyle brings a uniquely comprehensive perspective to how artists break, scale, and sustain careers through festivals.
