Katrina DeAngelis is a regenerative leadership strategist and ecosystem architect who works with community builders and cultural leaders to shape organizations and communities that can carry the future they are here to create.

She helps leaders and teams evolve beyond outdated leadership paradigms and rebuild their internal and external operating systems — so their work, communities, and organizations can thrive without burning people or values in the process.

Over the past decade, Katrina has designed and delivered leadership development programs globally, working with more than 200 leaders across organizations including Johnson & Johnson, Keurig, Dr Pepper, and now focuses on supporting mission-driven leaders and communities.

Her work sits at the intersection of leadership, systems design, and ecology — helping leaders build businesses, communities, and ecosystems that don’t just perform, but regenerate people, organizations and cultures from the inside out.
