Drew Deason

Artist Relations Specialist at Insomniac Events

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Drew Deason has built a career at the crossroads of live music, artist hospitality, and large-scale event production. Her journey into the industry was inspired by a lifelong passion of live performances and the vibrant communities that form around it.

Drew began her professional path in 2017 as a background dancer in music videos and commercials before transitioning into the festival world, performing alongside musicians on major stages. After booking her first North American bus tour, she knew she had found her calling in live music. With a strong work ethic and a willingness to take on any role that came her way, Drew worked her way up through multiple production roles and artist relations with industry leaders such as Insomniac and Goldenvoice.

Her experience spans some of the world’s most iconic festivals and venues including Coachella, Ultra Miami, EDC Las Vegas, Life Is Beautiful, and premier venues like SoFi Stadium and the Kia Forum. Across these productions, she’s supported touring artists, managed backstage operations, and acted as a trusted liaison between artists, management, and production teams.

Recognized for her calm professionalism, empathy, and ability to thrive in high-pressure environments, Drew brings both structure and warmth to every project. Her passion lies in crafting seamless, artist-first experiences that allow performers to feel supported and fully focused on connecting with their audience.

Beyond the festival circuit, Drew’s work in tour management and private yachting has refined her adaptability, discretion, and logistical precision. Looking ahead, she aims to continue growing within artist relations and touring, with long-term aspirations of becoming a talent buyer, helping shape the unforgettable live music moments that first inspired her career.
