Desiree Ashe-Bradford is an accomplished event producer and founder of Events By DAB, LLC, an experiential agency specializing in large-scale live events and brand activations. She is the producer behind Skamartist Music Summit, now entering its 6th year in Los Angeles—a three-day experience featuring 20+ events and uniting the best in music, DJs, tech, and live entertainment.

Desiree’s expertise lies in building festivals and multi-day experiences from the ground up. She has led project and budget management for the inaugural years of major events including Tao Group’s Coachella Desert Nights and the USATF LA Grand Prix. She continues to consult and collaborate across the live event and festival landscape, contributing to talent management and on-site operations for stages at Firefly Music Festival, Celsius Cosmic Desert, and more.

She currently leads private event strategy for Cosm, an immersive sports and entertainment venue redefining how fans experience live events through shared reality. Recognized as a rising leader in the industry, her work continues to advance live experiences by creating meaningful, culture-driven events that leave a lasting impact.
