Alex Pucciarelli has over 7 years of hands-on experience in ticketing operations, box office management, credentials, and client services across nationally recognized festivals and other prominent events. She has provided technical and customer support through most of the major ticketing platforms such as AXS and Front Gate. Her work has taken her to California for BottleRock, New Orleans for Jazzfest, and Michigan for Electric Forest just to name a few. She's passionate about delivering seamless event experiences while upholding integrity, accuracy, and professionalism in every role. In other words, she's just a girl who loves Ticketing.
